For each Fresh Fish Box sold, £1.00 will be donated to the Fishermen’s Mission. Campbells source their fish from Scrabster and Peterhead, two prominent fishing towns in Scotland where the Fishermen’s Mission have a strong presence within the fishing communities providing welfare, pastoral and emergency services to the crews and families of the fishermen.
A spokesperson for Campbells said:

It can be too easy to forget that fishermen risk their lives daily to bring us fresh fish for our plates. It is a hard life for them and their families. They must have access to support when they need it.
We hope that by donating £1.00 from every Scottish Fish Box we sell, our customers will become more aware of the dangerous work the fishermen do and the important support The Fishermen’s Mission provides.”
