Naming Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is run jointly by:

• The Fishermen’s Mission (Registered Charity No 232822)
• The Clover Club
• Royal Mash Vodka

2. Eligibility

• Open to participants worldwide.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Prizes can only be delivered to addresses in the UK, France, and the Channel Islands.

3. How to Enter

• Comment your suggested name for our new cocktail on the official competition post(s).
• No purchase necessary. Donations are welcome but not required.
• Only one entry per person will be considered for judging.

4. Competition Dates

• Opens: Tuesday 18 November 2025
• Closes: Midnight 27 November 2025
• Winners announced: Monday 1 December 2025

5. Prizes

• 1st Prize: 1 x 75cl Royal Mash Vodka + Royal Mash Beanie
• 2nd Prize: 1 x 75cl Royal Mash Vodka + Royal Mash Beanie
• 3rd Prize: 1 x 75cl Royal Mash Vodka.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be chosen by a judging panel from The Fishermen’s Mission, The Clover Club, and Royal Mash Vodka based on creativity and relevance.
• The judges’ decision is final.

7. Notification

• Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform where they entered.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to retain the prize.  

8. Publicity

• By entering, you agree that your name may be used in promotional materials announcing the winners.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data will be used solely to administer the competition and deliver prizes.

10. Disclaimer

• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
