National Free wills

In partnership with the National Free Wills Network, the Fishermen’s Mission is delighted to give you the opportunity to have your will written for free by a solicitor local to you. There are more than 900 participating firms spread throughout the UK. (Unfortunately this service isn’t available to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man)

At a face-to-face meeting, your chosen solicitor will take your instructions and prepare your will in accordance with your wishes.

This offer applies to a straightforward will or, in the case of a couple, a pair of mirror wills. If your needs are more complex or specialist advice is required, this can be arranged with your chosen solicitor who will advise you of the cost for this additional advice.

There is no obligation to include a gift in your will to the Fishermen’s Mission, but we hope you will consider doing so, to ensure our vital services continue long into the future.

To find out more about leaving a gift in your will, head over to our Gifts in Wills page.
