In April I visited John as he asked for some help He had been having trouble getting out and about. He had just finished treatment for an illness and been going backwards and forwards to Hospital. He was feeling like he lost some of his independence. He asked if we could help so we applied for some grants to get him some assistance. Johns application was accepted and after an Occupation Therapist report he was supplied a Lovely EPV which he says has given his independence back and is really happy to gets out and about.
