  1. According to financial organisation, DeVere Group, enquiries about Wills have gone up by 75% since the start of the pandemic.

This probably comes as no surprise after many people tragically lost loved ones over the last 12 months and have started thinking about their own and their family’s future.

Since April 2020, the Fishermen’s Mission’s outreach work in the community has been key in helping to alleviate the effects of Covid-19 on fishing communities struggling to survive. Gifts in Wills from our supporters made much of this possible.

Once you’ve taken care for family and loved ones, it’s surprisingly easy to include a gift to a charity. Just make sure you:

  • Ask a Solicitor to help you include or add on a gift in your Will.
  • Tell our friendly team at Head Office that you’ve included us in your Will or intend to do so.
  • Even 1% of your Estate left as a gift in your Will could make a huge difference.
