The Patron’s Lunch

We are now in our 135th Year of providing vital services to our fishermen and their families. Throughout most of our history we have been blessed with Royal Patronage.

As our Patron, Her Majesty The Queen reaches her 90th birthday we are delighted to be part of the celebrations throughout the country.

On Sunday 12 June, The Mall in St James’ Park will be transformed into a traditional tea party, the largest ever planned, to celebrate The Queen’s patronage of over 600 charities and organisations on the occasion of her official birthday.

We have been fortunate enough to receive support for some of our beneficiaries and volunteers to be present at The Patron’s Lunch on the Mall. We are also holding celebrations throughout the UK for our beneficiaries and volunteers to join in the fun.

Throughout Her reign, the Queen has taken a keen interest in our fishermen and their families. Always interested in our news, she has supported us and shown great compassion for the difficulties faced by our fishermen and their families.

We wish Her Majesty a very happy birthday and many joyful celebrations throughout the year. We offer our heartfelt thanks for her patronage and commitment to our work.

If you would like to hold your own celebration and take this opportunity to make a donation to our work, in celebration of Her Majesty’s birthday then you can do so by visiting our donate page
