At an award ceremony, Waterstones in Truro, Cornwall, the fundraising book Salt of the Earth won the prestigious Cornish award the Holyer an Gof for Best Non Fiction in which illustrations predominate. Our Superintendent Julian was delighted to accompany David and Jan. The award ceremony had been going for 19 years. There were many categories and amazed at the talent & amount of publications in Cornwall.

Everyone at the Fishermen’s Mission want to congratulate David and Jan for winning the award and thank them for creating this fantastic book helping us raise money.
