Kevin Rogers who is a local Newquay fisherman wanted to raise some money for the Fishermen’s Mission but only in a way that would challenge him. There was only one thing that came to mind and that was the Tuff Enuff challenge.

Tuff Enuff races are extreme obstacle course races, designed by military experts. The Tuff Enuff course are purpose built and designed to test your strength, stamina, fitness and nerve.

Kevin was able to raise £5,400 for the Fishermen’s Mission and we couldn’t thank him enough.

“The Fishermen’s Mission are absolutely delighted to have received £5,400 from local Newquay fishermen Kevin Rogers which was raised from his amazing Tuff Enuff fundraising challenge. £10,800 overall was raised and shared between the Fishermen’s Mission and the Cornwall Air Ambulance. We would like to say a very big thank you and well done to Kevin, his family and all his friends who supported him so well throughout his training programme and preparation. We should also like to thank Tuff Enuff team in Penzance who very kindly gave Kevin a free challenge entry, also to the Newquay Rowing Club who hosted the presentation evening, to the Mayor of Newquay who attended the event and all the local businesses who so generously supported Kevin throughout his fundraising”
