Join C Aware at a FREE community health event in the heart of the Meadow Well neighbourhood, North Shields.
You will be able to access:

- Macmillan Cancer Care services information
- Lung Health Screening
- Bladder screening
- Heart health checks
- GP social prescribing professionals
- Stop smoking support
- Drug and alcohol support services
- Healthy eating
- Activities for children
Please note, it’s advisable to book a timeslot for the screenings – please contact a member of the C Aware team or book on the day as soon as possible.
