More than 900 participating solicitor firms across the UK are available to write your will for free thanks to our partnership with the National Free Wills Network. (Not available on the Channel Islands or Isle of Man)

This free service makes it easier to put your wishes in place, with professional legal support and clear next steps.
How the Free Will service works
- Complete the form below to request more information.
- Your details are securely shared with the National Free Wills Network.
- You receive an information pack and details of your six nearest participating solicitors.
- You choose whether to meet a solicitor in person or complete the process remotely.
All wills are written by fully qualified solicitors, with the same legal protections as a paid service.
What does the service include?
You can make:
- a straightforward will, or
- a pair of mirror wills (for couples).
If your circumstances are more complex or specialist advice is needed, your chosen solicitor will explain any additional costs before you make any decisions.
Do I have to include the Fishermen's Mission in my will?
No. There is no obligation to include a gift to the Fishermen’s Mission in your will.
Some people do choose to remember us in this way, helping fishermen and their families receive compassion and support in times of need.
