
Refunds and Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help.

This policy applies to items purchased through the Fishermen’s Mission online shop.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery, provided it is:
- unused
- in its original condition
- in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
To start a return, please contact us with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
- the reason for the return.
We’ll let you know the next steps and where to send your item.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- downloadable or digital products
- perishable items
- personal or hygiene-related items
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 30 days of receipt.
Please note:
- original postage costs are non-refundable
- sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days:
- check your bank account again
- contact your card provider, as processing times can vary
- contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know straight away. We’ll cover the return postage and make things right as quickly as possible.
Donations
Charitable donations are non-refundable, including donations made as part of a shop order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
