This celebrity chef fundraising dinner brings together some of Britain’s most celebrated seafood chefs for a five-course menu in one of Cornwall’s most spectacular dining settings.
Set high above the Camel Estuary with panoramic views towards Padstow and Rock, this unforgettable evening includes an exclusive dining experience, live entertainment, and a unique charity auction: all in support of fishermen and their families.

About the chefs
Mitch Tonks is an award-winning chef and CEO of the Rockfish Group. Mitch has built a reputation for championing sustainable seafood through his restaurants, online seafood market, and much-loved cookbooks.
Ben Tonks is Mitch’s equally talented son – he is currently Head Chef at The Seahorse, his creativity and skill continuing to elevate the restaurant’s outstanding reputation.
Nathan Outlaw is one of the UK’s most acclaimed chefs and an Honorary Vice Patron of our charity. Based in Port Isaac, Nathan is celebrated for his outstanding restaurants, accommodation, and collection of acclaimed cookbooks.
Pete Biggs has extensive experience working alongside Nathan, which has taken him across the globe. Pete brings a remarkable depth of culinary expertise and leadership, ensuring every dish is executed to perfection.
Incredible live entertainment
The Senior Editor of BBC Radio Cornwall, Daphne Skinnard DL, will be your host for the evening as you enjoy live music and a unique auction run by the very experienced auctioneer David Lay.
