Deep sea fishermen have one of the most, at times, dangerous jobs in the world where conditions at sea can change very suddenly. But still they go, driven by a deep tradition that compels them to bring home the catch, for a nation that loves its fish and chips. It is for these reasons that I am pleased to honour the courage, bravery and dedication of our fishermen and their families with a gift included in my will
