3. Who can place an order
Usually anyone can place an order, however some items may be restricted to people over the age of 18. This will be noted on the product details. While anyone can order our products, at this time we can only deliver within the UK.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy goods or services from us.
We will send you an order confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we dispatch your items.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- items are unavailable
- your payment cannot be authorised
- there is a pricing or description error
- you do not meet the eligibility requirements
If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment taken.

We do our best to describe items accurately.
Please note:
- product images are for illustration only
- colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen
- sizes and measurements are approximate
- If an item is handmade, donated, or unique, small variations may occur.
6. Availability
All items are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a refund or suitable alternative where appropriate.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We accept payment using the methods shown on our website.
Payment will be taken when your order is ready for dispatch.
If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
8. Delivery
Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.
We only deliver to UK addresses.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or courier delays.
Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for the items passes to you.
