Our emergency assistance will get you through the next 24 hours after a problem, but our support doesn’t end there. We can help in the toughest of times to help keep the home together.
From utility bills to accessing food banks and food provision, the Fishermen’s Mission supports you with some of the basic needs around the house and even with children, including help with educational costs such as uniforms and school trips. We are also able to help with the provision of household goods and items.
If you qualify for extra support, we can refer you to one of our partner agencies for further financial help such as a one-off or long-term grant. We can also refer you to specialist support to check that any benefits you are entitled to are being claimed, and help with debt advice. You have nothing to lose by getting in touch if you are finding that money worries are affecting your life.
